Blue Cubed presented at this year's virtual CalPoly Cubesat Developers Workshop. Our talk this year gives an introduction to laser communications, compares downlink and crosslink applications and discusses some of the challenges associated with implementing lasercom in SWaP-constrained small satellite platforms.
